Welcome!

So yes, I am a final year medical student, busy most of the time on wards and in clinics etc trying to learn to be a doctor. 

A few years ago I was inspired by the Great British Sewing Bee to try my hand at sewing. I searched around, bought some fabric, and had a bash at it. Amazingly I really enjoyed it! Handsewing only though....no machine!!! Often have a project with me out and about on the go! With this blog I'm hoping to encourage other to do the same. 

I'm a bit new to this whole blogging thing but thought i'd give it a go.

I'm going to try and upload some of my easy made up patterns but please bear with me as exams are coming up!
